• All items sold by giftd are intended for novelty, entertainment, or gifting purposes.

• Our products are handmade using vinyl and laser engraving — minor variations may occur.

Custom Messages

• We reserve the right to reject any custom request that we believe is:

  • Threatening or abusive

  • Harassing or defamatory

  • Discriminatory (racist, sexist, homophobic, etc.)

  • Promoting hate or violence

• Messages submitted for engraving must comply with Australian law.
  We do not accept content that violates applicable legislation related to harassment, hate speech, stalking, or incitement.

Anonymous Orders

• When choosing to send a product anonymously, giftd does not disclose sender information to the recipient.

• However, for legal and safety reasons, we retain a record of all senders and may disclose details if legally required.

Liability

• giftd is not liable for how a recipient interprets or responds to a gift.

• We do not endorse or condone misuse of our products, including any intent to harass, threaten, or harm.

Abuse Policy

• Any attempt to misuse giftd to bully, stalk, or harass others will result in permanent ban from service and possible referral to authorities.
